Rates & Policies ~

The Little Yellow Cottage is available to DLM Wine Club Members and their guests (four person maximum occupancy).
Two night minimum stay required for all reservations.
All rates subject to 12% transient tax and a $100 cleaning fee.

Wine Club Nightly Rate for 1-4 persons
Core Club Members: $300/night
Primo Club Members: $150 for the first night & $300/night thereafter

Wine Club Weekly Rate for 1-4 persons
Core Club Members: $1,700/week
Primo Club Members: $1,600/week

Winter Rates December 1 thru March 31
Above rates less 10%;
Excludes the following dates/events:
Christmas, New Years Eve, Winter Wineland, Barrel Weekend

All rates subject to 12% Transient Tax and $100 cleaning fee.

By making this reservation you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following policies:

No smoking.
No pets.
Not recommended for children under 21.

Four person MAXIMUM occupancy.

Quiet hours: 10 p.m. - 7 a.m., to be observed by all guests

Maximum number of vehicles: 2 (1 per bedroom)

Reservations for the Cottage are secured by prepayment of half the requested time of rental plus tax and cleaning fee.

Cancellation: Timely cancellations will be honored only if in writing and acknowledged by us.

If you cancel, we will refund your deposit less $20.00 cancellation fee provided we receive at least a thirty (30) day advanced notice prior to your scheduled arrival date.

If less than a thirty (30) day notice is given, you will forfeit full payment. However, a rental credit will be issued and available up to one (1) year to the date of the original Rental Contract.

After the first day of rental, there will be no refunds or credits.

No credit will be given for shortened stays due to a late arrival or early departure.
